I had flawless experience working with Alinda. She was professional and prompt to my request. I activated the warranty on my watch MF0246G.05. She was able to resolve my issue, and shipped me a replacement watch within 4 days. I am a very happy Mini Focus watch user. And about the watch itself! Nice looking wearable. I love its design.
